Dataset fields in expressions

In Bold Reports^® Web Report Designer, the dataset fields available in the report are listed in the Data drop-down list of the expression editor. You can add any of these fields to an expression.

How do I add a dataset field to an expression?

The Web Report Designer adds a dataset field to an expression when you double-click it in the fields collection list.

1. Choose the Dataset Fields that are listed in the data option.

2. The list view shows the fields collections. Double-click any fields collection.

3. The dataset field value is shown as an expression in the text area. Click OK to save the selected expression.
