Open report

To open an existing report in the Bold Reports® JavaScript Report Designer, click the Open icon in the designer toolbar, and then choose From Device or From Server.

How do I open a report from my device?

To open a report from your local computer in the JavaScript Report Designer, click From Device in the Open menu, select the report, and click Open.

  3. Select the report and click the Open button.

How do I open a report from the server?

To open a report from the server in the JavaScript Report Designer, click From Server in the Open menu, browse to the reports folder, select the report, and click Open.

You can browse reports from the server only when you configure an external server in your application.
