Bold Reports^® Report Server is designed with an option to integrate reporting functionality into an application. For this, a comprehensive set of API is provided to enable server integration within an application. There are three options for integrating reporting functionalities into your applications: REST API, Reporting Component and Embed URL. Each option provides a different approach for integrating reporting functionality into your applications.

REST API

Bold Reports^® Report server is designed to manage Report Server functionality from an application with the help of the built-in REST API. You can learn more in the reference REST API reference and the following articles,

Reporting Components

Embedded Reporting Tools available with Bold Reports^® to integrate reporting viewing and editing functionalities into your application. Embed URL

URL access is another option for integrating report viewing into your applications. You have to generate the embedded URL from the embed code, and it can be used with the iFrame to embed report viewing functionality in your application. You can learn more in the following sections:
