A dataset contains a query and a collection of fields that represent the data returned from a data source.
Embedded dataset
You can create an embedded dataset using an embedded or shared data source. It stores the query used to process the report data. The embedded dataset is specific to a report, and you can add query parameters, filters, table relationships, and use the query string as an expression.
