Is report execution data stored in Cloud Reporting?
No, Bold Reports® Cloud does not store report execution data in the server database. It stores only the following information in the server database:
- Reports
- Shared data sources
- Shared data sets
- Categories
- Schedules definitions
- Permissions settings associated for report, data source, data set, categories, and schedules
- Report Server configurations
Frequently asked questions
Can other tenants see my stored reports?
No. Each Bold Reports® Cloud tenant is deployed with its own database and resource storage, so data from one tenant is not shared with another. See Security overview.
Who can see the reports and data sources stored on the server?
Only users with permission. A user without read permission cannot see your data sources, datasets, or reports. See Manage permissions.
What happens to my stored data when I stop using Cloud Reporting?
Your data is deleted after you terminate the application. The timing depends on your trial and payment status, as described in the Security overview.
