Custom rebranding

You have the option to rebrand the Report Server by updating the organization name, site URL, login screen logo, welcome text, header logo, favorite icon, email logo, favicon, time zone, and date-time format. Simply access the rebranding settings by clicking on the Settings option located in the left panel of the Report Server interface, then proceed to the Site tab, as indicated in the provided image.

Organization name

To modify the title displayed on the browser’s title bar, change the Organization name field within the Report Server settings.

Domain

Change the Site URL field to modify the Report Server’s URL within the Server Settings page. For the changes to be applied, configuration in the IIS is necessary.

Login screen

You can modify the following items on the login screen:

• The recommended dimensions for the login page logo are 200x40 pixels. By default, the BoldReports logo is displayed.
• In the welcome note, a maximum of 70 characters is allowed. The default welcome text is Welcome to Bold Reports Cloud.

Header

You have the option to modify the header logo image, with the preferred image size being 40x40 pixels. By default, the Report Server will display the BoldReports logo as the main screen logo.

Favicon

Modify the favicon, with the preferred image size set to 40x40 pixels. The default favicon for the Report Server will be the BoldReports icon.

Email

You have the option to modify the email logo, with the recommended image size being 40x40 pixels. By default, the Report Server will feature the BoldReports email logo.

Display

Time zone

The Report Server automatically sets its time zone to match the system where it’s installed. You have the flexibility to adjust the time zone as needed.

Date format

The default date format for the Report Server is MM/dd/yyyy. You have the option to customize the date format according to your cultural preferences.

Time format

You have the option to adjust the time format of the Report Server, with the default being 12-hour format.

Powered by Syncfusion

The Report Server provides the option to display or hide the Powered by Syncfusion text in the footer. By default, this text will be visible.

Copyright information

The Report Server offers the ability to display or conceal Copyright Information in the footer. By default, this information will be visible.
